The villa is designed for a family of four.  An open plan was created to promote the feeling of togetherness and it is especially important to allow visual access of their visually impaired child. A neutral color pallet with some blue tones is used, to give the mother a relaxing feeling after a long stressful day of working as a therapist. It also reminds the father of the soothing feeling of the sea where he spends most of his days working as a marine biologist. Contrast between the different elements help the child navigate through the space. A custom-made cabinet with a fish tank is specially designed for the grandfather to display his collection of art noveau artifacts. Creating a shared office space for working, and a music space for the parents to enjoy their hobby creates perfect solutions for their needs. Overall the design gives the family a comfortable and pleasant living experience.

Allocating the living and dining areas are to the south allows the family to enjoy daylight without the formation of glare.. A music room is located further away to allow the parents to enjoy their hobby without disturbing the rest of the residents.

High contrast in the child's bedroom helps him navigate around without getting hurt. Providing different types of screens give the child the opportunity to enjoy his online gaming hobby with his friends.
